Cristina Dieguez originally came to Michael Page Mexico as a candidate in 2013. After accepting a position internally, she worked across several different brands within the organization, before joining Page Resourcing in 2015.
Having been instrumental in growing the team from two to 120 personnel, she is now head of both Mexico and Panama where her pioneering consultancy approach extends recruitment beyond the usual ‘business as usual’ approach. Cristina thrives on creating new business models that focus on candidate and client experience, employment branding around EVP, and process engineering.
A psychology graduate from the University Pontificia de Comillas of Madrid, with a master’s in leadership and organizational development, she worked for two years with Deloitte as a talent acquisition consultant, before joining a media company as a sales consultant that took her to Mexico.
Known for being transparent, results-orientated and passionate about storytelling, Cristina is highly skilled in addressing how companies are perceived in the market, how they engage with candidates and how they can retain talent,
Although she loves her time back home with family in Spain, her heart belongs to Mexico where she loves to hang out with friends, go to concerts and explore her beloved adopted city on foot.
