Job Description

This is Page Resourcing's most senior, onsite recruiter role. You’ll be working, embedded in our client’s team, utilising their systems to deliver best in class hiring outcomes across a wider program or part of their business. Our clients range from large corporates such as BT, Unilever and Visa through to NFP’s and SME’s such as Marie Curie, University of Oxford and ilke HOMES. You’ll be tasked with building and managing excellent relationships with hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement. You’ll work with our clients helping to deliver their workforce plans with all the available candidate engagement and generation tools that a FTSE 200 can provide also focusing on delivering outstanding experiences in-line with the Page Resourcing Values.

Key Activities 

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all client hiring managers and departments to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process 
  • Liaise with on-site contacts to understand and qualify hiring requirements 
  • To generate and effectively manage candidate applications ensuring a positive candidate experience 
  • Innovative use of sourcing tools maximising applications and efficient screening of all applicants as we shortlist.
  • Lead team to deliver on recruitment process and support (e.g. scheduling, compliance, governance etc) 
  • Negotiate all starter offers and arrange related paperwork 
  • Ensure full compliance of all data entered onto the database and ensure candidate MI is kept current and correct to allow for Market Intel reporting 
  • Comply fully with all company procedures, processes, and policies 
  • Leadership, coaching and management of supporting Talent Sourcing partners and Talent Sourcing Co-Ordinator’s (onsite or remote)

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrable track record in agency and / or onsite recruitment 
  • Domain expertise in head office, STEM, or generalist recruitment 
  • Broad exposure to recruitment ATS / VMS platforms 
  • Strong working knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, and networking opportunities in your chosen markets of expertise 
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Proactive, able to prioritise and manage own workload 
  • Reliable and well organised
  • Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work 
  • Ability to negotiate effectively 
  • Ability to influence people, sell ideas and concepts and gain commitment 
  • Customer focused
