Dale Hampshire joined Page Resourcing UK in 2017 with a clear mission: to build and amplify understanding around the brand’s proposition. Today, he is Senior Business Development Director focused on building highly specialised, executive teams to develop solid RPO, Project Resourcing, Statement of Works (SoW) and MSP strategies for clients.
Dale graduated with a first-class honours in retail marketing and worked on a number of senior management level positions in marketing, advertising and communications, before spending 10 years on the agency side selling outsourced solutions. Page Resourcing offered him a ground-breaking opportunity to take total talent acquisition to the next level with bespoke solutions and the ability to put employees, or talent managers, onsite immediately. He predicts substantial growth over the next 2-3 years.
Known for his responsiveness and honesty, customer centricity is at the heart of everything he and his team do. Together they create workforce design and planning services, built on complete MI, data and insights, with many UK-based projects going on to form the blueprint for their clients’ international growth.
Dale’s other great love is Sheffield United Football Club. Once a semi-professional player himself, these days he stays active, and de-stresses, by striking out for a run in the hills near his home.
