Experience

“We face unique hiring challenges in Japan, driven by an ageing population and a shortage of bilingual talent. This necessitates innovative consulting and solution management approaches to tackle the growing talent shortage and adapt to shifting geopolitical and economic conditions.”

Lalita began her career in 2007 at Michael Page shortly after completing her studies in Japan. She played a pivotal role in launching the IT Commerce business and subsequently led successful turnarounds in other functions such as Finance & Accounting and Procurement & Supply Chain.

In January 2022, bolstered by several post-graduate business courses at Harvard, she undertook the challenge of establishing a Customer Partnership and Candidate Sourcing function. This transformation has shifted the conventional outsourcing approach toward tailored recruitment projects and updated hiring strategies in Japan.

Lalita is dedicated to helping clients find the right talent today while preparing them for future challenges. Her commitment to simplifying complex hiring problems, creating innovative solutions, and fostering transparent communication uniquely positions her to navigate the intricacies of the Japanese recruitment market.

As a lifelong learner, she continually expands her knowledge to enhance her professional efficiency, with a vision to drive transformative outcomes for the people around her.
