Valeria joined Page Resourcing in October 2022, excited to join a team with a hyper-tailored approach to talent acquisition services.
In 2012, she earned a Bachelor's degree in social communication from the University of Buenos Aires. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she began her career at a shared service centre in 2004, where she worked for two years with multinational companies such as IBM and KENEXA. It was during this time that she discovered her true passion for working with talent.
Known for being a partner that clients can really trust, Valeria has worked on multiple projects ranging from company restructures and change management, to building scalable strategies for navigating the workplace changes brought by the pandemic. She is actively involved in innovation in recruitment, particularly in terms of DE&I and the advancement of female leaders, which she hopes to see grow on a global scale.
Outside of work, she’s busy organizing day trips and sports activities for her son. In her downtime, you’ll find her nose in a book – both Spanish and English – or watching real-life documentaries on TV.
